After the 1st Asan International Physicians Night in July, AMC hosted the 2nd Physicians Night on Wed, Sep. 30, 2009. This gathering is to encourage international doctors trained in AMC to share their experiences and challenges their academic goals. Fifteen doctors joined the event; particularly, the 2nd reunion was attended by 3 physicians whose trainings was funded by Korean government. They are the 1st batch of beneficiaries of Korea grand project to share its accumulated clinical expertise by training doctors in Asia. Adding to this, AMC is building Asan International Alumni comprised of intl physicians trained at AMC. AMC encourages intl doctors to create their own Asan Alumni by country and finances their regional activities and meetings to some degree. The Mongolian Asan Alumni had 2nd meeting in August, participated by 12 doctors.
